These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Durham County, North Carolina, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Due to the limited-run, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except as required by applicable North Carolina law or as described in Section 3 below.
If your order arrives materially damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at info@angry-populists.com with your order number and clear photographs documenting the defect. We will, at our sole discretion, replace the item or issue a store credit.
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, production may have already begun and cancellation is not available. To request a cancellation, email info@angry-populists.com immediately with your order number.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Durham, North Carolina. Processing time is 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be collected for orders shipped to North Carolina. All payments are processed securely through Square. Angry Populists does not store your payment card information.
Promotional codes are issued at our discretion, are subject to availability, and may be limited to one use per customer. We reserve the right to expire, modify, or revoke any promotional code at any time without notice. Codes have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by North Carolina law, Angry Populists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angry Populists and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of this site or your violation of these Terms.
